I have specialized in leading multicultural remote teams, skilled at tackling complex challenges and innovation.
As Co-Founder of IncluCity Calgary and the Executive Director of Calgary UX. I am dedicated to improving mechanisms for diverse talent and voices to be heard in the tech industry and increasing awareness of the importance of creating technology that serves everyone also working on innovating the Energy Industry as a Lead UX Designer at the Technology + Innovation Lab at Enbridge.
I am passionate about design and believe in supporting and mentoring junior designers through initiatives like the Amazing Design People List, Design Lab, PathWay Pro, University of Alberta Mentorship Program and Information Design at MRU. I value compassion and understanding and strive to create a kinder and more humane world.

- Expanded Neteller remittance flows to 12 countries (2018–2021, Paysafe)
- Led implementation of Neteller’s first crypto exchange capability with a conversion rate of 3.2% (2018–2021)
